HyStyle Projects Inc. is seeking an experienced Labourer to join our team in Mitchell, MB. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in labour-intensive work, can work independently and as part of a crew, and is committed to safety, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labour duties on job sites as assigned (construction/renovation or related projects—specific tasks based on project needs)
Assist trades and supervisors with site preparation and cleanup
Load/unload materials, move equipment, and support daily job-site operations
Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all workplace safety procedures
Operate basic site tools/equipment as required and instructed
Read and understand basic instructions (verbal or written) and follow work orders
Report issues, delays, or safety concerns to the supervisor right away
Support team productivity and meet project timelines
Requirements / Qualifications
Proven experience as a labourer (experience in construction/industrial or similar work preferred)
Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Familiarity with basic safety practices and job-site expectations
Comfortable working with a crew and taking direction
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Previous experience working on fast-paced job sites is preferred
