Field Service Technician – Rotating Equipment & Precision Millwrighting

INFINITEK is partnering with a leading industrial service provider to recruit a Field Service Technician specializing in rotating equipment and precision millwrighting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically skilled technician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, field service work, and solving complex equipment failures in industrial environments. The successful candidate will work on critical rotating equipment including motors, pumps, and gearboxes while supporting customers across a variety of industries.

This is a hands-on field service role working on AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related industrial equipment across a variety of customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul rotating equipment
Perform laser alignment and precision mechanical assembly
Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools
Support field service calls, shutdowns, and maintenance projects
Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience with motors, pumps, gearboxes,



or rotating equipment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience using precision measurement tools
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel/work overtime as needed

Preferred
Vibration analysis or PdMA testing experience
Millwright or industrial maintenance background
Laser alignment experience
