Qualifications
Must hold a valid 442A or 309A license in valuable standing
Master Electrician License (Ontario), an asset
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, and motor control centres (MCC's)
Experience working within a stamping setting, maintaining large-scale mechanical or hydraulic presses, including familiarity with light curtains, safety interlocks, and clutch/brake systems.
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, P&ID;'s, and CAD drawings to ensure all work meets the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC).
Ability to bend, cut, and thread conduit
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Able to work at heights
Project coordination experiences an asset
