Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Pay Rate $19.00/hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with reservations, schedule inquiries, cancellations, and changes.
Respond to customer emails and general inquiries.
Process bookings and payments using our reservation system.
Resolve customer concerns while following company policies.
Work closely with dispatch and operations to provide up-to-date travel information.
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Previous customer service or call centre experience.




Robust computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to remain calm and skilled during busy periods.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Weekend availability is an asset.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
