Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of household and commercial appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret schematics. Duties
Diagnose appliance issues through inspection and testing, utilizing schematics and technical manuals
Repair or replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC units
Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs to extend appliance lifespan
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally
Assemble appliances or parts as needed for installation or repair purposes
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency





Requirements
Proven electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively
Mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems
Prior experience in appliance repair or similar technical roles preferred
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required
Experience with assembly of appliances or related equipment is advantageous
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for in office visits
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
