Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a valuable asset. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation when needed
Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for productive workflow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction




Communicate clearly with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or preferences
Uphold safety standards and adhere to health protocols during all cleaning activities

Skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
Customer service orientation with a friendly and respectful attitude
Hospitality experience or background is beneficial but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
