Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up equipment
Support tradespeople by holding or passing tools, materials, and equipment as needed
Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal,
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work setting
Help with minor repairs or adjustments under supervision to ensure smooth workflow
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site at all times

Requirements




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment
Reliable transportation to and from the job site (if applicable)
Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
