Overview
We are seeking a dedicated residential construction assistant to join our team. This role offers an prospect to work on diverse projects, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to high quality home renovations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a rapid-paced environment. 2 plus years of construction experience is required. Painting, drywall mudding, tile work/flooring and finish carpentry experience are huge assets.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and tools
Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors
Operate both hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Work on every step of a renovation from start to finish eg demolition, to painting




Able to get yourself to different job sites everyday and on time

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different construction environments
Being experienced in Painting, Drywall mudding, tile setting/flooring or trim work is mandatory
Valid G2 or G driver’s license is mandatory
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
