Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position is essential in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after use.
Assist with laundry duties as needed to maintain inventory of clean linens.




Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
A background in hospitality or industrial cleaning is a plus.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
