Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Familiarize yourself and remain up to date with product knowledge and manufacturer programs
Participate in all product training offered within the GAIN Group of Companies and the manufacturer
Understand the automotive industry terminology and keep abreast of technological changes
Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals




Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives
Be a team player and a positive force within the sales team
Help maintain the sales lot in assuring vehicles are displayed in a neat and orderly manner

Requirements:
Adaptable to all types of people and personalities while maintaining a presentable and qualified appearance
Previous sales experience with a luxury brand
Personable with an inviting nature
Outgoing and excited when meeting and engaging with recent people
Reliable and honest with a solid work ethic
Hold a valid BC driver’s license
Current VSA License or the ability to obtain one
A criminal record check and driver’s abstract will be required upon hire

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
