Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Water Technician to join our team. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing restoration services, and ensuring property is returned to its pre-loss condition. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn recent skills in the restoration industry. Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or the use of power tools is a plus. This position offers opportunities for qualified growth within a supportive team workplace.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to water damage calls and assess affected areas
Remove standing water using pumps, wet vacuums, and other equipment
Perform drying and dehumidification processes to prevent mold growth
Use hand tools and power tools for demolition and repair tasks
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing affected areas following water extraction
Document work performed and communicate with team members and clients effectively
Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Support additional restoration activities such as minor construction or repairs as needed

Skills
Experience with cleaning, restoration, or construction is advantageous




Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools and power equipment preferred
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new techniques related to water damage restoration
Ability to work in various environmental conditions and respond quickly during emergencies
