Compensation
55–60% commission on services (based on experience)
Product commission available
Guaranteed hourly while you build, discussed during interview
Strong earning potential for motivated stylists in a busy environment

(Top performers earn the equivalent of $25–35+/hr)

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll do more than cut and colour — you’ll curate experiences.
Artistic Execution: Precision cuts, bespoke colour services, and polished styling
Guest Connection: Thoughtful consultations and expert hair-care guidance
Business Growth: Recommending professional retail and add-on services




Studio Excellence: Supporting the overall guest experience alongside the front-of-house team when needed
Trend Awareness: Staying current with techniques, tools, and industry direction

What You Bring to the Chair
Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and texturizing
Excellent communication and the ability to build long-term guest relationships
Professionalism and a team-first mindset
Comfort with retail recommendations and client education
Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred
Retail or front-desk experience is a plus, not a requirement
