Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Fast Food Attendant to join our team. As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and have a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities:
Greeting customers with a positive attitude and always delivering exceptional customer experiences
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve any conflict with a positive mindset
Promote products and services through effective product demonstrations
Maintain a clean and organize checkout area
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Capacity to work under pressure, and maintain orderly processes during peak periods

Skills:




Robust customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient work environment
Ability to prioritize tasks through time management and work in a fast-paced workplace

Job Types: Full-time / Part time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: F/T no less than 35 hrs/week. P/T around 20 hrs/week
