CONG CAPHE is a fast-growing Vietnamese coffee brand known for its unique culture, high-quality beverages, and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Position Overview:
As a Barista, you will assist with the preparation of high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items while promoting Vietnamese coffee culture. You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Vietnamese coffee culture and guide guests in making informed menu choices
Prepare high-quality, fresh coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Restock and replenish products as needed
Work collaboratively with team members in a positive, rapid-paced environment
Handle cash transactions and follow store safety and cash-handling procedures
Assist with opening and closing duties
Support special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Experience
Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Service Technician is an asset, but not required
