Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Before & After School Care Staff to support the development and well-being of children in our care. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, a background in early childhood education (ECE Level 2 preferred), and a passion for fostering a protected, engaging, and nurturing environment. This role involves supervising children before and after school hours, implementing educational activities, and providing a positive influence on young learners’ growth.

Responsibilities
Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
Assist children with homework or tutoring needs, providing academic support as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with safety standards
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians,



and school staff regarding children's progress or concerns
Support children in developing positive behavior and social interactions
Follow all licensing regulations and program policies to ensure compliance with state and local guidelines

Qualifications
Prior experience working with children in an educational or care setting is highly preferred
Early childhood education certification (ECE Level 2) is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
Passionate about working with children and fostering a protected, nurturing environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and families
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in managing children's needs and safety standards

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
