LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic customer service-oriented Full time TELUS SMART HOME Alarm Installer in North Bay, ON and nearby areas.

Training will be provided

THE DUTIES:
Install, service, and program wireless Alarm systems in residence (Qolsys Panel)
Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
Drilling holes for wiring of a video camera
Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts
Providing top-notch CUSTOMER Service and tech support to the clients.

Qualifications




Relevant degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field experience will be an ASSET
You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers
Previous experience with telecom, electrical, audio, paging, electronics, or a cable company is an asset.

Must to have
Must have a reliable WHITE COLOR VEHICLE
Basic tools
A valid class-5 driver’s license
Must pass a Criminal Background check.

A Laptop
