Our dental lab is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Dental Lab Coordinator to join our team!
About the Role
As our Lab Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — making sure cases move smoothly from the moment they arrive to the moment they ship back out. You'll work closely with technicians, drivers, and clients to keep everything on schedule and accurate.
What You'll Do
Prepare, package, and organize outgoing shipments to dental offices
Receive and log incoming cases, impressions, and materials
Enter Rx forms accurately into our lab management software
Track case progress to ensure all deadlines are met
Communicate with dentists' offices regarding case status, missing information, or delays
Maintain organized workflow between departments (design, production, shipping)
Keep shipping/receiving areas clean, stocked, and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities
Previous dental lab experience is required — we're happy to train the right candidate. The perfect candidate would be someone who is a newer graduate of the dental technology program or has worked in a dental lab before.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
