Skills and Requirements
Crusher Tower and Loader operator experience an asset
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly, repairs, or modifications
Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines or machinery as needed
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely to move materials
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
Document operational data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Ability to follow directions as well as work independently
Able to work long hours and shift work might be required
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Qualifications
Crusher Tower and Loader experience an asset.
Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, assembly, welding, or using hand tools
Ability to operate various heavy equipment safely and efficiently
