Job Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation, flat roofing systems, skylight installation, and metal flashing. (Applicants without direct residential roofing experience will not be considered.)
Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Must have and maintain their own qualified roofing tools suitable for residential work.
Availability for full time, year-round employment.
A company vehicle is provided for work use and may be taken home.
Performance-based compensation, with additional commission opportunities for upselling services and upgrades.
