Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, and related rental equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system faults.
Troubleshoot CAN bus networks, electric-over-hydraulic controls, and related systems.
Service and repair diesel and dual-fuel engines, including fuel, air, cooling, and exhaust systems.
Disassemble, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and mechanical components such as pumps, gearboxes, and cylinders.
Complete inspections, testing, load checks, service records, and parts documentation to support protected, reliable fleet operation.

Requirements
Required:
- Heavy equipment repair experience with transferable skills from fleet, rental, truck, construction, or industrial equipment environments.




Working knowledge of CAN bus systems, electric-over-hydraulic controls, and related equipment systems.
Hands-on experience repairing diesel and dual-fuel engines.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Dependable team player with secure work habits and the ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing aerial lifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or telehandlers.
421A or 310T trade license.
Previous experience in a rental equipment or fleet service environment.
