Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through their experience
Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Support team members in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the store workplace is secure, organized, and inviting
Handle basic transactions at the checkout area with accuracy and professionalism

Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment

Requirements
Robust communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods during shifts
Demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork and customer service excellence
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
