Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a professional environment.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Assess client needs through thorough consultations and maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and any areas of concern.
Educate clients on the perks of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques to enhance service offerings.

Requirements
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist is required.




Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to ensure accurate client assessments and documentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.

Pay: $42,262.28-$109,008.13 per year
