Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manager with a goal towards ownership, to lead our restaurant team to success! In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support staff development. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s performance, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and foster a vibrant, team-oriented environment.

Duties
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift transitions
Oversee food preparation and food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality standards
Utilize POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Conduct staff training on customer service excellence,



food handling, and operational procedures to enhance team performance
Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and manage food costs effectively
Manage shift schedules, oversee customer service standards, and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service, quick food, casual dining, or fine dining establishments
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed shift reports

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
