You will support the General Manager in the operations of one of our busy Wendy’s Restaurant in a fast paced workplace.
Ability to lead and develop a team of food service professionals.
Ability to manage staff performance and expectations.
Maximize restaurant sales and financial objectives.
Continual improvement of restaurant operational standards and food safety.
Ability to manage and complete all administration duties and reports.
Flexible schedule will be required.
