Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Provide attentive caregiving to ensure children’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day.
Facilitate engaging activities that stimulate creativity, problem-solving, and early literacy skills.
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities.
Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, daily routines, and any incidents or observations.
Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication about their child's development and milestones.
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.

Skills
Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
Robust classroom management skills combined with a caring and empathetic approach.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Ability to adapt activities to meet the needs of children with diverse abilities or disabilities.
