Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Painter’s Apprentice / Entry-Level Painter to join our growing team. No prior experience is required — we will provide full training. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn a skilled trade, this is a great prospect to build a long-term career in the painting industry. You’ll work alongside experienced painters, learning how to prepare, paint, and finish both residential and commercial projects with qualified quality.

Duties
Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas.
Learn how to mix and match paints and coatings under supervision.
Support painters by setting up tools, ladders, and equipment safely in office.
Apply paint using rollers, brushes, or sprayers under guidance.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after projects.
Help inspect completed work for quality and assist with touch-ups as needed.




Follow all safety rules and company procedures at all times.
Show up on time, ready to work, and willing to learn recent techniques each day.

Experience
No prior painting experience required — training will be provided.
Previous experience in construction, general labor, or handyman work is an asset.
Must be comfortable with physical work and working at heights (with proper safety gear).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
