We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Operations to lead a large, multi-site operation and drive continued growth, operational excellence, and business performance across Ontario.

This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy, leading operational execution, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will bring a robust track record of leading large-scale operations, managing complex business portfolios, and delivering sustainable results.

As Vice President, Operations, you will:




Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; accountability.
Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven executive leader with:
Significant experience leading complex operations and large-scale teams.
Proven success managing financial performance and business growth.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing key client relationships.
The ability to lead through change, influence across an organization, and deliver results in a rapid-paced workplace.
