We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team at Inglewood Analog!

Our team is committed to creating an inclusive setting for customers & our coworkers. This includes but isn't limited to curating a protected & welcoming space for people to come as they are, and regular staff outings.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & tea drinks following Analog recipes
Prepare and serve a variety of food items, such as breakfast sandwiches and pastries
Operate espresso machine and other coffee-making tools, such as pour-overs
Provide a protected & welcoming space for customers and co-workers
Follow food safety and proper hygiene practices
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to the best of your ability

Qualifications




Previous experience as a barista / related field is required
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
Basic to advanced coffee knowledge to provide customers with the most accurate information regarding our retail offerings and to answer any questions they may have
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
