Position Summary

The employer partner is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Front of House team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and seamless service. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in full-service hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to the correct guests.
Maintain clean, organized dining areas and service stations throughout each shift.
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
Ensure condiments, beverages, and service supplies are stocked and prepared.
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving guests.
Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to support smooth restaurant operations.




Respond to guest requests and answer basic questions about menu items and restaurant services.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
Empty garbage, replace linen bags, and assist with general cleaning duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications / Requirements
Smart Serve Certification is required.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn about food and beverage offerings.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
