Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and treatments tailored to client preferences
Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable styles and products based on individual needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
Upsell hair care products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




Deliver excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for each client from greeting through checkout
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth workflow throughout the day
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and provide expert advice on hair care routines

Skills
Proven experience in hair styling and current knowledge of latest trends and techniques
Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration
Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Professional attitude, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.00-$45.00 per hour
