49 North Helicopters is looking for a Commercial Helicopter Pilot interested in a Base Pilot position in Campbell River, BC. The pilot must be willing to relocate to Campbell River or the surrounding area and have an accident/incident free safety record over the past 5 years, with positive references. We are willing to help foreign pilots with working visas.

Required:
Current Canadian Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CPL-H)
Valid Class 1 Medical
Minimum 1500 hours PIC
AS350 endorsement or Bell 206 endorsement
Mountain flying experience (preferred)
Coastal flying experience (preferred)
Precision external-load operations (preferred)
Flight Instructor Rating (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
Report to the Chief Pilot and Operations Manager




Support various types of base operations
Operate the helicopter safely and in full compliance with all regulations set out by Transport Canada and company policies
Conduct pre-flight inspections, daily logbook entries, and post-flight checks in accordance with company procedures
Perform scheduled and unscheduled flights in support of daily operations

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
