We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks on construction sites to help build, repair, and maintain structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, construction experience, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials
Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders safely and efficiently
Perform concrete tasks, including laying concrete as needed
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work setting for all team members
Help with the installation of infrastructure components like foundations, framing, and utilities
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Skills




Prior experience in construction work is preferred
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is a plus
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different tasks in office

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
