We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Screen Printing Machine Operator to join our client's agile team. This role involves operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed designs on various products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles and be proficient with industry-standard software, ensuring precise and vibrant print outputs.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 3pm-11pm
Duties
Set up and operate screen printing presses - both automatic and manual
Prepare screen, inks, and other material for production
Produce detailed and accurate screen prints on apparel, textiles and promotional products
Ensure all prints meet customer specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
Keep work area clean, organized and free of hazards
Assist with inventory and material ordering when needed
Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Work independently and follow instructions accurately
Requirements
Previous screen printing experience is required
5 years of screen printing experience preferred
5 years of apparel production experience preferred
Knowledge of screen printing techniques, materials, and equipment is mandatory
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to lift up to 40lbs
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
