Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills
Assist in setting up and cleaning work areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Skills




Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
