Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs to facilitate efficient service delivery
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information on necessary services and potential upgrades
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of all work orders
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements to maximize dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process,



providing updates on vehicle status and estimated completion times
Maintain organized records of service history, work performed, and customer interactions for future reference

Qualifications
Prior dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training is essential for understanding vehicle issues
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling services in a qualified manner
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and service documentation
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
