Key Responsibilities:
Oversee strategy and project execution for capital construction projects
Lead large-scale utility and infrastructure projects to meet business goals




Develop stakeholder relationships with municipalities and agencies
Negotiate complex project agreements and contracts
Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering;
P.Eng. in Ontario
Minimum ten years in project execution and agreements
Solid leadership experience;
seven years preferred
Knowledge of utility coordination and contract practices
PMP designation and advanced degree preferred
