Key Responsibilities:
Assess applications for securities compliance and relief
Engage in complex legal research and policy initiatives
Contribute to regulatory development within OSC
Foster relationships with market advisors and participants
Manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively
Requirements:
Licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario
At least 5 years of securities law experience
Insight into the exempt market and public company operations
Solid judgment and team-oriented skills
Excellent communication and management skills
