Experience: 10–15 Years Required Skills:
10–12 years of hands‑on Core Java development experience.
5–10 years of experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
Solid expertise in multi‑threading, low‑latency application development, and high‑performance systems.
Solid understanding of Data Structures, OOP, System Design, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Solid experience with SQL/Relational Databases, Caching Solutions, and MemSQL/SingleStore.
Experience with real‑time messaging technologies such as Solace or JMS.
Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, and Shell Scripting.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced global workplace.

Preferred Skills:




Experience in Capital Markets, preferably Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
Understanding of financial products and operations.
Exposure to GenAI tools and technologies is a plus.
