Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming workplace. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest base. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist guests with special requests or concerns to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details




Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and professional at all times

Requirements
Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel operations is advantageous
Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate hotel operations
