Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service that exceeds expectations
Manage food preparation tasks including assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards
Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment,



and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience
Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, demonstrating robust customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy periods
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
Basic math proficiency for cash transactions and order accuracy
Prior food preparation or food service experience is highly desirable
