Duties
Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on various beauty techniques, including skincare, makeup application, hairstyling, and nail art
Develop engaging lesson plans that align with industry standards and student needs
Demonstrate practical skills through live demonstrations and hands-on practice sessions
Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to enhance their technical abilities and confidence
Maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity
Assess student progress regularly through evaluations, practical exams, and project work
Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry to ensure relevant instruction
Experience
Proven classroom experience teaching beauty or related subjects is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners
Ability to demonstrate technical skills clearly and effectively in a classroom setting
Passion for mentoring and inspiring students to achieve their professional goals
Prior experience in the beauty industry is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential
