Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and productive bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with professionalism
Ensure proper food handling and adhere to food safety standards at all times
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including basic math calculations for bills and change
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal drinking age laws




Manage time effectively during busy hours to provide prompt service without compromising quality
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming hospitality workplace

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service industry, particularly in bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculations
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations
Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences

Rémunération : 19,00$ à 45,00$ par heure
