Duties
Provide therapeutic massage treatments utilizing various techniques to address clients’ specific health concerns and promote relaxation
Assess clients’ conditions through detailed consultations, understanding their medical history and current symptoms
Maintain accurate, detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety standards
Schedule appointments efficiently, managing client flow to maximize service delivery and satisfaction
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, progress, and any necessary follow-up care

Experience




Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
Proven experience delivering massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
Effective communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client needs
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
