We are seeking a qualified, reliable, and customer-oriented Clerk to join our team . The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized retail environment, and supporting the daily operations of the store. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional service.
Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer customer inquiries and assist with product selection.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
Maintain clean, well-presented shelves and displays.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Verify pricing and ensure product labeling is accurate.
Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety standards.
Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.




Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

8-hour shifts
