Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Person to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support, including front desk and project operations. The ideal candidate will have robust computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with scheduling and ordering. This position requires an individual with the ability to work on many projects at the same time while dealing with many distractions, attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and making calls for product and equipmement
Maintaining job tracking system
Accounting (to trial balance) in QuickBooks
Handle preparation of quotations, filing and general clerical tasks to support daily operations
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
Maintin appointment scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
Maintain organized office setting and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently

Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software
Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
Clerical experience in an office setting, preferably in construction or related field
Customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
