A suitable candidate should possess the following attributes:
CDK program experience
Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
Sales experience
Able to multi-task in a fast paced workplace
Customer orientated
Naturally a problem solver
Individual drive, and desire to obtain new skills
Work well in a team atmosphere
Good with computers and “software savvy”
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset

The tasks you will be responsible for:
Advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs




Verify warranty and service contract coverage's
Prepare work orders by describing symptoms, problems and communicating necessary information to the repairing technicians
Maintain customer rapport, build customer relationships
Review and discuss vehicle maintenance needs
Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
Continue to expand on knowledge base, perform training to better serve our customers
