Your Role as a Band Member

As a FOH & BOH Team Member, you’ll be on the frontlines of fun, taking center stage to deliver a memorable experience to every guest. Whether you’re rocking out with an air guitar or simply chatting with fans while serving delicious poutine, you’ll play a key part in turning customers into lifelong, loyal fans.

What Your Day Looks Like
Bring the brand’s Weird, Wild & Wacky energy to life by engaging and entertaining guests
Deliver exceptional hospitality with a positive and team-focused attitude
Be knowledgeable about the full menu and confidently share it with fans
Prepare Smoke’s signature poutine dishes with consistency and care, following all recipes and procedures
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and productivity




Take guest orders, process payments accurately, and operate the POS system
Ensure the restaurant, restrooms, and surrounding areas are always clean and presentable
Open and close stations properly, completing setup and closing checklists
Work with urgency and enthusiasm whether you’re cooking, cleaning, or serving guest.

What We’re Looking For
A bold personality that aligns with our fun and energetic brand
Strong team player with outstanding communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods on a hot cooking line
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Adaptable availability, including late-night shifts on weekends
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus.
