We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Mechanic Helper (Heavy-Duty Equipment) to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for someone interested in building a career in heavy-duty repair. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced mechanics, gaining hands-on experience and training across a wide range of mechanical tasks.
No extensive experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, a good work ethic, and an interest in heavy-duty equipment and repair.
Duties
Assist mechanics in diagnosing issues with heavy-duty vehicles and equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and inspections
Support repairs and replacement of parts under supervision
Help with disassembly and reassembly of components
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace
Handle tools, equipment, and shop materials responsibly
Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations
Assist with parts handling, inventory, and basic shop support tasks
Training & Development
Hands-on training provided by experienced heavy-duty mechanics

Qualifications & Skills
