Temporary Janitorial / Building Caretaker Assistant

Next Level Cleaning is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary basis from August 24 to September 11.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept buildings, and values professionalism. While this is a temporary position, there may be an chance for ongoing employment for the right candidate.

Position Details
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: August 24 – September 11
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Schedule: Weekday daytime hours (Monday to Friday)
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience
Work Location: Single building site (Greater Victoria area)
Paid training provided

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas of a strata condominium
Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize shared spaces
Clean lobby entrances, glass doors, and elevator interiors
Sweep exterior walkways and remove debris
Restock cleaning supplies as required
Report maintenance concerns to management




Represent Next Level Cleaning in a qualified and courteous manner when interacting with residents

Qualifications
Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or building caretaker experience is an asset
Basic English communication skills are preferred
A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are an asset, but not required
Able to perform the physical duties of cleaning and light maintenance
