Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Pioneer Denim Limited. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress across production and supply chain activities. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking key milestones, managing risks, and resolving bottlenecks in expediting and logistics processes. The role also involves ensuring timely inspections, maintaining project documentation, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows,



meet delivery commitments, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate orders, monitor delivery timelines, and promptly address delays.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality checks, compliance with specifications, and documentation of outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to align production schedules with shipping, inventory, and distribution requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, and strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in textiles, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is preferred; familiarity with denim or apparel production is an advantage.
